The European Court of Justice wants changes to its statutes

The Court of Justice of the European Union requests that its statutes be changed in order to reduce the court’s workload by introducing the possibility of referring certain cases for a preliminary ruling to the General Court and expanding the possibility of leave to appeal procedure for certain cases .
