On 22 December, Law 28/2022, of 21 December, on the promotion of the startup ecosystem (the “Startups Law”) was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE).
This law, which has been through a long period of development and parliamentary processing, aims to improve entrepreneurship and the attractiveness of Spain for entrepreneurs, and to improve taxation for investors.
