Until when can the worker send the employer the medical certificate to justify his absence due to illness? The answer to this question might seem easy, given that, as a rule, collective agreements, or, failing that, company regulations, dictate specific provisions in this regard, prescribing the transmission of the medical certification within the second or third day of absence.
