What has happened to virtuality in the different areas of Law?

The covid-19 pandemic brought countless changes in daily work and in social relationships. For the administration of justice, virtuality emerged as an ally, which was applied with certain guidelines temporarily, until regulations were issued that made it permanent. Different are the voices that, daily, speak for and against this way of administering justice.

The recent ruling of the Constitutional Court (Sent. C-134/23), which supported virtuality in the judicial exercise, with some exceptions, did not leave everyone happy. However, it is important to know what has happened to the different areas of Law and how virtuality permeated each one of them.
